I'm assuming you held Bitcoin before and during the fork on that Mycelium wallet and your cell phone is an Android phone. Here's what you do: Setup your new non-Mycelium wallet. For Android for example Greenbits, for iOS breadwallet, or your hardware wallet like Ledger or Trezor. Write the recovery seed on paper and store it securely with your other important documents. Send all the bitcoins you have on your Mycelium wallet to that new Bitcoin wallet. Then install Coinomi on Android. Write the recovery seed on paper and store it securely with your other important documents. In it, create a Bitcoin Cash wallet. This step is not absolutley necessary, it's just a better option over ElectronCash which is going to be used to access the Bcash balance. Install ElectronCash on a computer and chose the option to restore from a seed you already have. When you are at the window to type in your seed, click on options and check "BIP39 Seed". Then "OK" and then write your Mycelium seed into the text box. When you're done, you should see the Bcash balance matching your Bitcoin balance you previously had in Mycelium. Now you can send the whole Bcash balance to your Coinomi wallet. Retire the Mycelium seed. Don't throw it away, but don't use it anymore. You can exchange Bcash for Bitcoins at HitBTC.com or ShapeShift.io.
